Scope and purpose

We process the data submitted via the contact form (name, e-mail, phone, company, message) solely to reply to your enquiry and possibly start a business relationship.

Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — pre-contractual steps, and 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest (business contact).

Retention

Data is kept for the duration of the conversation and afterwards for no more than 3 years, unless a longer period arises from accounting or tax obligations.

Recipients

Data may be transferred to our technical sub-processors: hosting (Vercel Inc.), e-mail (Resend Inc.), spreadsheets (Google LLC), error monitoring (Sentry). All operate under data-processing agreements.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Plausible analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.

We rely only on technical resources required for the site to work (for example Cloudflare Turnstile in the contact form).

Security

We use HTTPS encryption, CAPTCHA bot protection and data minimisation. Data is stored and transmitted only through vetted IT providers.
